Business Analyst / UAT (Pharma / Life Sciences)
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather, document, and refine requirements
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories
- Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, execution, and defect tracking
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions align with business expectations
- Facilitate communication between business, QA, and development teams
- Support data validation and ensure compliance with pharma industry standards and regulations
- Assist in process improvements and documentation of current and future-state workflows
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in pharma or life sciences industry
- 3+ years hands-on experience with UAT (test case creation, execution, defect management)
- Ability to work cross-functionally with business and technical teams
Nice to Have:
- Background supportingcommercial systems
- Experience with tools such as Jira, ALM, or similar test management platforms
- Prior consulting experience
