Role Description
This part-time, on-site Communications Specialist role is located in Boulder, CO. The Communications Specialist will manage key communication initiatives, including drafting press releases, creating and implementing strategic communication plans, coordinating internal communications, and developing written content. The role will require effective collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure clear and impactful messaging.
Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Communication, Strategic Communications, and Internal Communications
  • Proven experience in creating and distributing Press Releases
  • Excellent Writing skills, including the ability to create clear and engaging content
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage concurrent projects effectively
  • Familiarity with communication tools and digital platforms is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field preferred
  • Experience working in governance, non-profits, or public-impact sectors is advantageous
