**Role Description **

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Line Cook at The Argo in Milwaukee, WI. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items to order, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, ensuring food safety standards, and collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure a high-quality dining experience. Additional responsibilities include assisting with inventory management, maintaining setup and prep stations, and adhering to all health and safety guidelines.

**Qualifications **

- Proficiency in food preparation techniques, cooking, and plating

- Knowledge of food safety practices and kitchen sanitation standards

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

- Strong teamwork, communication, and time management skills

- Previous experience as a line cook or in a related culinary role

- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary training is a plus
