National Wellness Group is a concierge functional medicine practice redefining how patients experience healthcare.

We deliver highly personalized, results-driven wellness programs focused on hormones, gut health, fertility, and longevity. Our patients often come to us after trying everything else—and we provide clarity, structure, and transformation where others could not.

We are seeking a **high-level, detail-oriented professional ** to serve as both the operational backbone of the practice and a trusted guide for patients throughout their wellness journey.

About the Role

This is a **dual-role position ** combining:

- Practice operations leadership

- Patient experience management

- Wellness coaching support

You will play a critical role in ensuring patients feel supported, guided, and cared for—while maintaining a highly organized, efficient, and elevated office environment.

**Key Responsibilities ****Patient Experience Leadership **

- Deliver a seamless, concierge-level patient journey from onboarding through program completion

- Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted guide for patients

- Ensure consistent, responsive, and professional communication

**Practice Operations **

- Own daily office flow, scheduling, and coordination

- Maintain organization of patient records and workflows (Jane App or similar EMR)

- Coordinate communication between patients, providers, and labs

- Identify and improve operational inefficiencies

**Wellness Coaching Support **

- Conduct structured 1:1 coaching sessions with patients

- Support nutrition, lifestyle, stress management, and habit formation

- Track progress and maintain accountability

- Escalate clinical concerns appropriately

**Growth Opportunity **

- Program development

- Patient experience strategy

- Team leadership

**Compensation **

- $28–$30/hour (based on experience)
