Will connect women veterans and their families to local, state and national resources. Will be responsible for assisting with developing, coordinating, and implementing strategies to improve women veteransand#8217; awareness and access to benefits and services. Will develop and maintain effective relationships with civic, community, military, federal, state and local agencies, and stakeholders. Will participate in state and national forums and committees for women veterans. Qualifications: Minimum Education: Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university. College Transcripts are required and must be provided before an interview can be extended, it is preferred they be attached to the application.Minimum Experience: Four (4) years of experience at the supervisory level which can include military experience with knowledge of the operations, functions, organizational structure, and policies and procedures.Additional Requirements:and#8239;A valid Texas Driverand#8217;s License must be provided within 90 days of hire.and#8239;Preferred Experience and Qualification:Three (3) years of public speaking experience preferred.

**One (1) Year Of Experience Using Salesforce Preferred.**

Honorably discharged veteran preferred.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws and regulations relevant to program areas; and of the principles and practices of public administration and project management.

Knowledge regarding organizations that assist women and women veterans.

Skill in developing and maintaining cooperative work relationships with federal, state and community-based organizations.

Exceptional communication skills both orally and in writing.

Advanced computer skills to include conducting internet research, operate various software applications. e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc. and#8211; Salesforce is a plus.

Ability to conduct strategic planning; coordinate program functions and activities; and establish goals and objectives.

Ability to devise solutions to administrative problems.

Ability to develop and evaluate administrative policies and procedures.

Ability to work efficiently and independently to meet various deadlines.

Ability to prepare clear and concise reports.

Ability to demonstrate leadership, strategic vision and analytical skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects with critical timeframes.Environmental Physical Conditions:Normal office work environment, mostly sedentary in nature.
