What You'll Do
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to assess hiring requirements and develop a plan to meet goals
- Provide consistent recruiting updates to hiring managers and business leaders
- Take a data-driven approach to assess effectiveness of sourcing strategy and interview process; own recruiting process end to end
- Identify, attract, and hire top talent using various tools (ATS, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc)
- Provide an excellent candidate interview experience
What You'll Bring
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth environment
- Evidence of exceptional ability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to successfully manage an average of 15+ individual reqs
- Ability to understand complex compensation packages and convey it in a digestible way to candidates
- Ability to create and maintain a healthy relationships across all functions of the company
- Ability to work in ambiguity and under significant pressure with challenging deadlines
