Use advanced data analysis tools (e.g. SQL, Python, R, JMP, Tableau) to make predictive insights, optimize manufacturing processes, and drive actionable recommendations
Work closely with Design Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Engineering, Operations, and New Product Introduction teams to bring new products from prototype to full-scale production
Lead and drive continuous process improvement initiatives that directly impact production efficiency, yield, capacity, and safety
Spearhead the integration of automated systems, ensuring data-driven decision-making and continuous feedback loops
You will be responsible for process documentation and ensuring it is kept current like Manufacturing Instructions, OCAPs, PFME and Control Plans
Use of Tesla systems (PCA, JIRA, 8D) to document, gain approval and validate process changes as well as drive root cause corrective actions
Own the process setup and troubleshooting of the Tesla ION manufacturing execution system
What You'll Bring
Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Science or equivalent experience
2+ years of experience in a manufacturing setting (process development/improvement, troubleshooting, data analysis, constraint analysis, flow optimization are a plus)
A passion for problem-solving, working in high-pressure environments, and driving innovation
Expertise in high-volume automated manufacturing environments and data-driven decision-making
Deep domain understanding of process design, manufacturability, assembly methods, and cost reduction techniques

Expected Compensation $84,000 - $156,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
