The Field Reliability team builds robust data infrastructure, ETL pipelines, and applications to empower cross-functional teams with actionable data. As a Data Engineer, you will leverage big-data analytics to transform raw data into meaningful visualizations and tools. Your work will drive improvements in vehicle reliability and customer satisfaction.

Expected Compensation
$100,000 - $216,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. What You'll Do
- Analyze service and vehicle data to extract actionable insights, identify field failure trends, and drive product improvements
- Develop, maintain, and optimize ETL pipelines and CI/CD workflows for data processing and analysis
- Build and enhance applications and tools leveraging Splunk, Spark, Python, and Kubernetes
- Create dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Matplotlib, or Plotly to communicate trends and findings effectively
- Conduct statistical analyses to quantify reliability risks and detect emerging trends
- Support and troubleshoot application-level issues to ensure robust system performance
- Maintain and improve data systems, pipelines, and dashboards in response to business needs and drive continuous improvements
What You'll Bring
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Math, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years working with advanced data analysis tools
- 2+ years with Python, Splunk, Spark, and SQL. Advanced Spark API experience preferred
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Matplotlib, Plotly)
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis techniques, including reliability statistics (Weibull Analysis preferred)
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD processes
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong ability to collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver impactful solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Passion for data and data-driven decision-making
