Idaho | Full-Time Seasonal

**TerraVita Landscape & Gardening ** is hiring a **Garden Crew Member ** to support garden maintenance routes and detailed plant care work.

This is a **hands-on outdoor role ** for someone who notices the details, works hard, and takes pride in clean, well-maintained spaces.

**What You’ll Do**

- Weed, maintain, and clean up garden beds

- Assist with pruning, deadheading, and plant care (trained on-site)

- Install mulch and maintain clean, defined edges

- Blow off and leave properties clean and client-ready

- Work at a steady, efficient pace with your crew

**What We Need**

- Landscape or garden experience preferred (not required)

-  Strong attendance — show up on time, every day

-  Good attitude — positive, respectful, team-focused

-  Teachability — willing to learn plant care and take direction

- Strong attention to detail (this is precision work)

- Able to work outdoors in heat and changing weather

- Physically capable (lifting, bending, repetitive work)

**Pay & Schedule**

- 💲$18/hour DOE
