The Role (Read This First — This Job Is Not for Everyone)
This is a hands-on production role, not a traditional “white coat” lab position. You will be working with real human tissue, using tools and manual techniques to carefully prepare and assemble TenSkin™ units. The work requires focus, patience, and pride in doing things correctly every time.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing and assembling TenSkin™ units using precise, step-by-step methods
- Using simple tools (including screwdrivers and manual fixtures)
- Inspecting your own work and correcting issues before moving forward
- Following detailed protocols while maintaining consistency across samples
- Repeating processes with a high level of care and accuracy
- Supporting in other general lab tasks as required
What We’re Looking For
- Strong attention to detail - you notice when something “isn’t quite right”
- Good manual dexterity and comfort working with your hands
- Patience and focus for repetitive, precision-based work
- Personal accountability for quality - you fix things instead of passing them on
- Reliability - your team depends on your output being consistent
