About the role
We’re looking for a Solution Architect to lead the design of an AI-powered system that leverages autonomous agents to create and optimize campaigns, journeys, and personalization workflows in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
What You’ll Do
• Architect end-to-end AI-driven solutions using agentic frameworks and custom DSLs (JSON/YAML)
• Design scalable microservices, APIs, and SFMC integrations (REST/SOAP)
• Build secure, cloud-native systems on AWS with strong governance and compliance
• Partner with AI/ML, product, and engineering teams to deliver innovative solutions
• Lead POCs, define architecture standards, and guide engineering teams.
What We’re Looking For
• 12+ years in software engineering with 5+ years in architecture roles
• Expertise in AI/ML systems, agent frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, etc.), and DSL design
• Strong experience with SFMC (Journey Builder, Email Studio, Data Extensions)
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or TypeScript and cloud-native architectures
