About the role

Accountant / BookkeeperWe are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant or Bookkeeper with strong experience in National Foundation Grants billing and invoicing , QuickBooks Online , and the education services sector .
In this role, you will manage day-to-day financial records, prepare accurate invoices, track grant-related expenses, and support timely financial reporting. You should be comfortable working with grant compliance requirements, maintaining clean and accurate books, and helping ensure funds are tracked and reported correctly.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage billing and invoicing for National Foundation Grants
  • Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks Online
  • Track expenses, revenue, and grant allocations
  • Prepare reports to support internal financial review and decision-making
  • Reconcile accounts and help ensure timely, accurate month-end processes
  • Monitor documentation and transactions for grant compliance
  • Support financial operations within an education services environment

Qualifications
  • Experience as an Accountant or Bookkeeper
  • Strong knowledge of QuickBooks Online
  • Proven experience with foundation grant billing, invoicing, and reporting
  • Familiarity with grant compliance and financial controls
  • Experience in education services or a related field
  • High level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail
