Key Responsibilities
- Conduct online and industry research using credible sources and databases.
- Collect, verify, and organize data into clear formats such as reports, summaries, or spreadsheets.
- Assist with market research, competitor analysis, and trend identification.
- Prepare research briefs, presentations, and supporting documentation.
- Maintain organized records of research findings and sources.
- Support cross-functional teams with research-based insights.
- Ensure accuracy, quality, and confidentiality of all collected data.
- Perform additional administrative and research-related tasks as required.
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in research, data analysis, administration, or academic research is an asset.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Excel).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with research tools and online data sources is a plus.
- Must be legally authorized to work in USA.
