Manual QE
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- Strong experience in manual testing and test development
- Hands-on experience in test case design, execution, and defect tracking
- Experience working with Test Case Management Systems
- Good experience in client testing / client application testing
- Experience in functional, regression, and performance testing
- Familiarity with JIRA, test documentation, and reporting
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design, review, and execute manual test cases and test scenarios
- Manage test cases, test results, and test artifacts in the Test Case Management System
- Perform functional, regression, and client testing for new and existing features
- Identify, document, track, and retest defects
- Support performance testing activities and validate application behavior
- Work closely with development, QA, and business teams to ensure quality deliverables
- Maintain clear test documentation and provide regular status updates

- Good communication and collaboration
- Ability to work independently and in a team
