What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, prioritizing requests, and resolving conflicts
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, including agendas, materials, and follow-up actions
- Serve as a primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Support cross-functional projects by tracking timelines, deliverables, and key action steps
- Handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3-5+ years of experience supporting senior leadership, preferably in education or a nonprofit environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and calendar management systems
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience in a K-12 or charter school environment
- Experience supporting board-level communications or executive leadership teams
- Familiarity with project management tools and systems
