Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Construction Superintendent/Project Manager role based in San Jose, CA. The person in this position will oversee day-to-day construction site operations, including supervising field crews and subcontractors, coordinating schedules, and ensuring work is completed to quality standards and in alignment with project plans. Responsibilities include monitoring safety practices, conducting site walkthroughs, and enforcing compliance with company and regulatory requirements. The role will manage project budgets and timelines, track progress against milestones, and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders. The Construction Superintendent/Project Manager will also collaborate closely with architects, designers, vendors, and clients to resolve issues, approve changes, and maintain clear communication throughout each project. Key Responsibilities · Oversee all phases of construction projects from start to finish · Manage project schedules, budgets, and timelines · Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspections, and deliveries · Supervise job site operations and ensure quality workmanship · Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and company policies · Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents · Conduct site meetings with clients, subcontractors, and team members · Identify and resolve project issues proactively · Track project progress and prepare status reports · Maintain accurate project documentation and daily logs · Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget · Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, inspectors, and trade partners Qualifications · 5+ years of experience in construction project superintendent roles · Strong knowledge of residential and commercial construction practices · Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously · Experience coordinating subcontractors and field crews · Excellent leadership and communication skills · Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities · Proficient in construction scheduling and project management software · Ability to read plans and specifications accurately · Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year Experience:
