About the Role System4 IPS is a commercial cleaning company serving Rhode Island, Connecticut, and Southern Massachusetts since 2005. We’re looking for a driven Area Manager based in Fairfield County to oversee and grow our accounts across Southwestern Connecticut. This is a field-based role — you’ll be on the road most of the day visiting customers, managing service providers, building client relationships, and selling new services. We already have a number of established accounts in the territory that you’d inherit and earn commissions on from day one.

Compensation & Structure
- Base annual salary of $45,000–$48,000 (based on experience)
- Bonus compensation based on gross margin from your accounts, plus special services sold
- Health insurance provided (employer contribution toward monthly premium)
- Hybrid schedule — primarily field-based with flexibility for administrative work from home
Expected On-Target Earnings (OTE)
- Strong performers can expect total OTE of $60,000–$100,000, including base, margin bonuses, and special services
- Inherit an existing book of accounts in the territory — start earning commissions immediately
What We’re Looking For
- Strong sales background with a track record of building client relationships
- Comfortable being on the road most of the day — visiting job sites, meeting clients, and managing service providers
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple accounts independently
- Based in Fairfield County, CT with reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
