SYSTEM4 LLC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Assistant Clerk to support our data management and administrative functions. This role involves accurately entering, updating, and maintaining records while assisting with clerical tasks to ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate is dependable, efficient, and capable of handling sensitive information with discretion. Key Responsibilities
Accurately enter and update data in company databases and systems
Review source documents for completeness and accuracy
Identify and correct data entry errors promptly
Maintain and organize digital and physical records
Assist with general clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and document management
Support team members with administrative tasks as needed
Perform routine data audits and quality checks
Ensure confidentiality and security of company data
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus
Previous experience in data entry, clerical, or administrative roles preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
Good typing speed and computer skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
