The Sales Enablement Marketing Manager for Events & Content is a key driver of sales enablement at Synexis, bridging marketing and sales through the flawless execution of events and the coordinated production of content that moves pipeline. This person owns the logistics and execution of industry-facing tradeshows and webinars and also manages the production of sales enablement and thought leadership content — briefing writers and agency partners, managing review workflows, and ensuring assets reach the right audiences at the right time. This role requires strong project management instincts, cross-functional collaboration, and a bias toward getting things done.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

**Event Planning & Management: **

- Own end-to-end planning and logistics for industry tradeshows and conferences, including registrations, booth space selection and purchase, vendor coordination, booth shipping/returns, kitting assets, coordinating registrations with the sales team, and on-site support (by phone or in person if attending).

- Coordinate webinars, speaking engagements, and sponsorship activities, including timelines, presentation content, promotional efforts (pre, during, post), and post-event reporting.

- Manage pre-event preparation and post-event debrief meetings with Synexis attendees.

- Ensure event leads are loaded to HubSpot accurately.

- Track event-related expenses, supporting internal approval workflows and ensuring financial accountability.

**Campaign & Content Execution: **

- Lead the execution of pre-, during-, and post-event marketing campaigns, collaborating with stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Business Development, and external agencies to drive engagement and conversion.

- Manage the production of sales enablement and thought leadership content (print and digital) for specific industry verticals — including case studies, one-pagers, white papers, email newsletters, pitch decks, and gated content. This role coordinates and project-manages content development in partnership with writers, agency partners, and subject matter experts, rather than solely authoring assets.

- Maintain a content calendar, manage asset review and approval workflows, and ensure timely delivery of finished materials to Sales and Business Development.

- Coordinate email marketing and targeted content distribution aligned to key initiatives or event moments.

**Trade Associations and Channel Partners: **

- Manage relationships, marketing content and events with key trade associations and sponsorship partners, ensuring Synexis maximizes value, meets deadlines, and stays top of mind in relevant industry communities.

- Support co-marketing efforts with Synexis distribution channel partners.

**Performance Tracking & Optimization: **

- Track performance metrics for events and content initiatives, including engagement rates, lead generation, social metrics, and ROI analysis.

- Use data insights to inform future strategy and continuously improve execution.

**Project Management: **

- Serve as a central point of coordination for enablement-related marketing projects, managing deadlines, approval processes, deliverables, and cross-functional communication to keep teams aligned and accountable.

**Sales Enablement: **

- Serve as the marketing point of contact for Sales and Business Development on content needs, ensuring the team has current, vertical-specific assets for prospect and customer engagement.

- Maintain an organized, accessible library of sales enablement materials, tracking versions and ensuring distribution of updated assets.

- Gather feedback from Sales on content effectiveness and incorporate into future production priorities.

**Team Dynamics: **

- Collaborate closely with the VP of Global Marketing, Marketing Analytics & Technology Director, Sales, VP of Product Management, and Sales on integrated programs and go-to-market initiatives.

- Manage relevant relationships with external content agencies, writers, vendors, and event partners.

- Support emerging marketing initiatives and priorities as they evolve.

- All other duties as assigned.

Placement Criteria

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

- 5-8 years of experience in B2B marketing, with demonstrated experience in both event coordination and content production management.

- Hands-on experience with HubSpot or a comparable marketing automation and CRM platform, including campaign execution.

- Proven ability to manage content production workflows for B2B audiences — briefing writers and agencies, managing review cycles, and delivering polished sales enablement assets on time.

- Experience managing trade shows and conference logistics end-to-end, including vendor coordination, booth management, and on-site or remote support. Experience producing webinars end-to-end.

- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple concurrent priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable translating technical subject matter into clear, audience-appropriate content briefs.

- High attention to detail, particularly for brand adherence, content accuracy, and regulatory compliance.

- Experience in a regulated industry preferred; not required.

- Global marketing experience a plus.
