Responsibilities
- Assist with the setup, coordination, and execution of promotional marketing events and retail campaigns
- Represent client brands professionally during face-to-face customer interactions
- Educate customers on current products, services, and promotional offers
- Help generate brand awareness and customer interest through engaging conversations
- Support event logistics, team collaboration, and daily campaign operations
- Track customer feedback and assist management with campaign reporting
- Maintain a positive and professional presence at all event locations
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Outgoing, energetic, and comfortable speaking with customers
- Ability to work effectively in a team-focused environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Adaptable and comfortable working in fast-paced retail and event settings
- Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or promotional experience is a plus but not required
