About the Team The Creative team is the engine behind the organization's brand—bringing to life the stories, campaigns, and experiences that connect with millions of families worldwide. The team is building out its Creative Operations function to help scale, and this role is a key part of that foundation. About the Job The organization is looking for a motivatedSenior Project Manager to join its Creative team and help build out the Creative Operations function. In this role, the individual will help keep creative and marketing initiatives on track—providing structure, removing blockers, and making sure the right people have the right information at the right time. Reporting to the Creative Operations manager, the Senior Project Manager will be supporting the planning and execution of initiatives from brief to delivery. The job is to own the "how" so creatives can focus on the "what." The US-based salary range for this position is $91,000 to $133,000. The organization takes into consideration an individual's background and experience in determining final salary - therefore, base pay offered may vary considerably depending on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits, as well as equity. Key Responsibilities
Support the Creative Operations Manager in coordinating cross-functional workstreams across Creative, Marketing, Product, Sales, and Web Development
Track and communicate project status regularly—keeping timelines, milestones, and deliverables up to date in PM tools
Identify and flag project risks early, troubleshoot blockers, and recommend solutions before deadlines slip
Help develop and maintain lightweight, repeatable processes that make it easier for creative teams to collaborate and ship deliverables
Coordinate resourcing conversations and contribute to roadmap planning discussions
Prepare project updates, status reports, and team communications for stakeholders and leadership
Participate in standups, sprint reviews, and planning sessions—keeping things moving and decisions documented
Look for opportunities to improve how the team works and raise your hand when you spot them
Required Qualifications
2–4 years of experience in project management, creative operations, or marketing coordination
Exposure to Creative and Marketing team workflows—lifecycle marketing, brand, user acquisition, or content production
Comfortable building and maintaining project plans, timelines, and briefs that real teams actually use
Experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities
Proficient with project management tools like Asana, Jira, Monday.com, or Google Sheets
Strong communicator—written and verbal—who knows how to tailor updates to different audiences
A pragmatic problem solver who thrives in ambiguity and doesn't wait around for perfect information
Detail-oriented with a bias for action and a collaborative, low-ego working style
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting retail, consumer electronics, or consumer app marketing programs
Familiarity with developing process standards and workflow documentation
Exposure to product-driven, cross-functional organisations
