Swan Analytical USA is a global leader in high-precision water analysis instrumentation, and we’re looking for a **District Sales Manager ** to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a technically minded sales professional who thrives at the intersection of **science and business ** — someone who enjoys connecting technology with customer needs to deliver real-world value.

**What You’ll Do **

- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to exceed growth targets.

- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline through proactive outreach and relationship building.

- Identify and convert new business opportunities while supporting existing accounts.

- Collaborate with technical experts to deliver engaging demos and solutions.

- Prepare persuasive presentations and proposals for customers and partners.

- Negotiate contracts with a focus on mutual success.

- Report on sales performance, market insights, and customer feedback.

- Represent Swan Analytical at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.

🗓️ ~~A ~~**typical week **~~includes home office days on Mondays and Fridays, with most regional travel occurring from Tuesday through Thursday. ~~

**What You Bring **

- Bachelor’s degree in **Chemistry, Engineering, Business **, or related field (preferred).

- Sales experience in analytical instrumentation, water analysis, or other technical fields is a bonus.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented mindset.

- Proficiency with **CRM tools ** and **Microsoft Office Suite **.

- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regionally.
