The Lotus Group at SVN Commercial Partners is looking for a motivated junior sales professional to join our growing commercial real estate team. We specialize in gas station investment sales and leasing, while also servicing long-standing clients across office, retail, and investment sales throughout South Florida. Our team has closed over $13M in transaction volume, and we are looking to strategically grow with the right person who wants to build a career in commercial real estate, learn directly from experienced advisors, and grow within an industry with no income cap. About the Opportunity This is an ideal role for someone who is ambitious, coachable, and willing to bet on themselves. You will receive hands-on training, direct mentorship, access to SVN’s national tools and technology, and formal training to help you build the foundation for a long-term career in commercial real estate. Our team serves clients throughout Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, and Florida’s West Coast from Naples to Sarasota. Responsibilities As a Junior Associate, you will assist with:
Prospecting and cold calling property owners, tenants, and investors
Market research and identifying new business opportunities
Supporting leasing and investment sales assignments
Assisting with underwriting, financial analysis, and property research
Building and maintaining client relationships
Working closely with senior advisors on active deals and client strategy
Business development
What We’re Looking For We are seeking someone who is:
Motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented
Comfortable with sales, outreach, and building relationships
Strong in communication and follow-up
Interested in commercial real estate, investment sales, and leasing
Able to work independently while also contributing to a team
Bilingual is a plus
A real estate license is preferred or willingness to obtain one
