Role Overview We are currently seeking a US-based Project Coordinator to support a high-profile engagement with Google. In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of projects—from go-to-market planning through execution and content publication—ensuring seamless coordination across multiple workstreams. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Go-to-Market (GTM), Content, Customer Training, and Developer Marketing within a fast-paced, global Google environment. The ideal candidate is highly organised, proactive, and experienced in managing complex workflows, with the ability to communicate clearly and translate data into meaningful insights that drive successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities Project Lifecycle Management Coordinate and manage the full lifecycle of projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are consistently met. Project activities may include go-to-market planning, learning and content development, and content publication aligned with Google programme requirements. Stakeholder Communication Serve as a key point of contact between SureSkills and Google stakeholders, facilitating clear, consistent communication through regular updates, reporting, newsletters, and meetings with programme leads. Documentation & Reporting Maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation. Track key performance indicators (KPIs), identify risks or blockers, and deliver concise, data-driven insights to support decision-making across teams. Process Optimisation Identify inefficiencies in workflows and implement improvements to streamline processes, enhance collaboration, and ensure high-quality, scalable project delivery in line with Google standards. Qualifications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
2+ years of experience in project coordination or project management roles, ideally within large-scale tech environments
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines
Demonstrated ability to simplify and optimise complex processes
Ability to analyse and synthesise data into clear, actionable reporting
Familiarity with generative AI tools and their application in project workflows
Experience working with global technology companies or SaaS organisations (Google experience is a strong advantage.
