Sublime Media Group is seeking a highly motivated, professional, and adaptable individual to lead and manage client digital marketing efforts. The Digital Marketing Manager is a key member of the team, responsible for owning day-to-day execution across social media and digital advertising for multiple clients. This role is hands-on, client-facing, and based in our Bowling Green, KY, office. You will manage content, ads, and communication across accounts while ensuring work is completed accurately and on time, without constant oversight. Ideal candidates are experienced in both organic and paid social and are comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. What You’ll Do Client Account Management
Manage day-to-day communication, approvals, and ongoing needs of assigned clients
Ensure all work is completed on time and aligned with client goals
Social Media Management
Plan and execute monthly social media content aligned with goals and brand voice
Design graphics, write captions, and oversee content quality
Coordinate with internal team members on content creation
Schedule and publish content across platforms
Paid Advertising
Build and manage ad campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google
Monitor performance and make ongoing optimizations
Manage budgets and ensure campaigns are consistently active
Reporting & Performance
Track and report on monthly performance
Identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
Adjust execution based on results
Team Coordination
Work with internal team members to keep content and campaigns moving
Provide direction and feedback to junior team members and interns
Help maintain consistency and quality across accounts
Internal Marketing
Support the planning and execution of Sublime Media Group’s social media
Qualifications Skills
Excellent written and visual communication skills
Digitally savvy and keeps up with trends in social media and digital marketing
Comfortable managing a variety of client accounts across multiple industries
Detail-oriented approach with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
Impeccable time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
Comfortable making day-to-day decisions independently
Requirements
3+ years of experience managing social media for multiple businesses or client accounts simultaneously
Familiarity with design tools (Adobe, Canva preferred)
Proficiency in Meta Business Manager (account access, permissions, partner management)
Experience planning, launching, and managing paid ad campaigns in Meta Ads Manager
Experience with social media management/reporting tools
Comfortable working in Google Workspace
Ability to manage client communication and approvals independently
Desired Experience
Experience with LinkedIn and/or Google ad campaigns
Experience reviewing or directing junior team members or interns
Experience working in a fast-paced agency environment
Familiarity with content planning, content shoot coordination, and creative ideation
