Role Summary
We are looking for a "data person” to play a hybrid Data Architect + Data Analyst role for the discovery phase, with data architecture as the non-negotiable core skill.
The data person will help the team understand the current data landscape, assess data gaps, and define the future-state data architecture needed to support the discovery outcomes.

- Current-state data analysis
- Attribute-level mapping and gap identification
- Future-state data architecture
- Data platform assessment
- Define data requirements for downstream solutioning
- Partner with internal client teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong experience in Data Architecture, Data Analysis, or Data Strategy roles within enterprise environments.
- Hands-on experience performing data discovery, data mapping, and data gap analysis across multiple systems.
- Understanding of data modeling concepts, data integration patterns, and enterprise data architecture principles.
- Experience working with operational, inventory, retail, supply chain, or financial data environments preferred.
- Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of cloud data platforms and modern data ecosystems is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language.
- Experience working in cross-functional discovery or transformation initiatives preferred.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
