Support general ledger maintenance, financial reporting, and GAAP compliance
Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
Perform balance sheet and bank reconciliations; resolve discrepancies
Assist with income statement variance analysis and budget preparation
Support full-cycle accounts payable, including ACH/check processing, aging, and 1099s
Partner with regional managers, vendors, and executive leadership on accounting needs
Contribute to process improvements, system integrations, and special projects
Assist with investor reporting, lender documentation, and data analytics initiatives
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (3–5 years experience preferred)
Strong understanding of GAAP, double-entry accounting, and financial reporting
Experience with accounting software (AppFolio preferred) and Excel
Hands-on experience with system implementation or integration
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Tech-savvy mindset and attention to detail
