Role Description
This is a part-time to full-time, on-site role for a Tax Specialist based out of North Richland Hills, TX. The Tax Specialist will be responsible for delivering expert tax planning and preparation services, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and applying tax law to optimize client outcomes. Additional responsibilities include working collaboratively with clients to provide guidance on financial and business strategies and supporting them in resolving tax-related issues.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Tax Planning and Tax Preparation
- In-depth knowledge of Tax Law and regulations
- Experience in Finance and general taxation concepts
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred (Enrolled Agent or CPA certification is a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and team members
