Your Valued Skills
- Current valid CA RN license or can be acquired within 30 days is mandatory.
- 2+ years current work experience in skilled Home Health and Patient Care coordination is a prerequisite.
- Proficiency in Wound Care, IVs and creating effective treatment plans much preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred or equivalent qualifications.
