Join Our Team: We are looking to add child, young adolescent individual and family therapists to both our Saint Charles location and in-home Saint Charles County. We are looking for 2-3 clinicians. Our part time clinicians see 15-17 clients a week, and our full time clinicians see 27-28 clients a week. Qualifications:
Superhero Training : You should have experience, CEUs, or training in saving the day for kids and teens. Experience, CEUs, or training specific to working with children & adolescents is needed, we can also provide support
Education and Experience: Hold a Master’s or Doctorate degree in psychology, counseling, or social work. Be an LMFT, LCSW, or LPC with an active, unrestricted license in the State of Missouri.
Evidence-Based Approach: Demonstrate proficiency in evidence-based mental health treatments, showcasing your commitment to providing quality care.
Technology Proficiency: Don’t worry; you won’t need a cape for this, but you should be comfortable with technology, like our Electronic Health Records and occasional telehealth adventures. Comfortably work with virtual/telehealth sessions as needed and electronic health record documentation is needed.
Team Player: Collaborate effectively with other professionals, including school personnel, medical providers, case managers, and more.
Continuous Growth: Be open to enhancing your skills through certifications in DBT, TFCBT, EMDR, CPP, or other evidence-based modalities.
Flexibility : Expect either afternoon/early evening hours or weekend availability because our young clients & families are available at those times. Ideal candidates are like elastic superheroes with either weekend or late afternoon/early evening availability. There is some office flexibility to shift your schedule over time after a schedule fills up.
Supervisor Role : If applying for supervisor role, must complete state requirements to supervise for licensure in the first 90 days.
