About the role

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to lead and coordinate end-to-end technology transformation and delivery initiatives. The Project Manager will be responsible for structuring projects, developing detailed execution plans, managing delivery milestones, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful project completion and transition to support operations.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in project governance, stakeholder communication, transformation roadmap planning, risk management, and enterprise technology delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
  • Structure and manage projects from initiation through completion.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, deliverables, and execution strategies.
  • Coordinate end-to-end project activities to ensure timely and successful delivery.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to agreed timelines, scope, and quality standards.
  • Manage project dependencies, resource coordination, and execution activities across multiple teams.

Transformation Roadmap Management
  • Define and develop transformation roadmaps for identified technology stacks and initiatives.
  • Translate process assessment findings into actionable implementation plans.
  • Establish clear milestones, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria for transformation programs.
  • Drive alignment between business, technology, operations, and support teams.

Stakeholder Management & Reporting
  • Provide regular project status updates to leadership, clients, and key stakeholders.
  • Communicate project progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans effectively.
  • Facilitate governance meetings, project reviews, and stakeholder discussions.
  • Ensure transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.

Risk & Issue Management
  • Identify, track, escalate, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
  • Develop contingency and mitigation plans to minimize project impact.
  • Ensure timely resolution of blockers impacting project delivery.

Transition & Support Coordination
  • Coordinate transition activities from project delivery to operational support teams.
  • Ensure proper handover documentation, knowledge transfer, and stabilization support.
  • Support post-go-live activities and ensure smooth operational transition.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, infrastructure teams, vendors, and support organizations.
  • Drive collaboration across distributed teams and ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
  • Facilitate issue resolution and decision-making across project workstreams.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, technology delivery, or transformation programs.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end enterprise technology projects.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, SDLC, and governance processes.
  • Experience with project planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and stakeholder management.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and reporting skills.
