We’re seeking a Business Analyst with hands‑on Restaurant POS expertise to support a leading restaurant technology platform.
What You’ll Bring
- Strong BA experience in Agile/Scrum
- Deep knowledge of Restaurant POS systems (hardware + software)
- Background in restaurant chains, hospitality, or POS/payment platforms
- Understanding of APIs, integrations, and payment workflows
- Skilled in JIRA, Confluence, Figma, UAT
- Ability to write user stories, manage backlog, and partner with Product & Engineering
Nice to Have
- Experience with Toast, Clover, Square, or similar POS
- Exposure to feature releases, validation, and feature flags
Role Focus
Work closely with Product Managers & Engineers to:
- Translate restaurant/POS needs into clear user stories
- Drive sprint delivery and backlog management
- Ensure smooth, high‑quality POS feature releases for restaurant operations
