What You’ll Do - Opportunities Within Our Organization

Depending on experience and alignment, veterinarians could step into the following roles:

- Fractional Medical Directorship

- Compliance Advisor

What You Bring

- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree with broad licensure across multiple U.S. states (ideally 10–20+ states; near-50-state licensure is ideal, but not strictly required). At minimum, an active license in California and Florida.

- Board certification (when applicable)

- Openness to serving in a leadership or ownership role within a professional veterinary corporation structure.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.

- Ability to work effectively within a remote, team-based care environment.

- Commitment to uphold ethical standards and best practices in veterinary care.
