**Role Overview **

The Social Media Coordinator plays an integral role in executing STAUD’s social media strategy and supporting the objectives of the overall Brand Marketing team. This role is responsible for day-to-day content publishing, community engagement, trend research, performance analytics, and maintaining structured hindsight reporting decks. The Social Media Coordinator works cross-functionally to ensure brand alignment, consistency, and measurable platform growth.

**Essential Duties **

~~Content Planning & Posting ~~

- Own scheduling and publishing content across Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest.

- Maintain a consistent posting cadence aligned with launch calendars and seasonal priorities.

- Ensure assets are properly formatted, captioned, tagged, and optimized per platform best practices.

- Manage and regularly update content calendars to reflect shifting priorities.

~~Platform Development ~~

- Concept, pitch, and execute platform-native content ideas aligned with brand tone, seasonal priorities, and business objectives.

- Support diversification of the social content mix across formats (video, static, carousel, BTS, trend-driven, product-focused, community-led, etc.) to drive engagement and growth.

- Monitor platform trends, emerging features, sounds, and cultural moments across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and new channels; share weekly insights with the team.

- Translate trend research and performance insights into actionable content recommendations tailored to each platform’s audience and algorithm.

- Collaborate with the Social Media Manager and Creative team to adapt campaign assets for platform-specific optimization.

- Organize and manage content already captured from shoots to ensure maximum cross-platform utilization.

~~Analytics, Reporting & Hindsight Decks ~~

- Track weekly and monthly performance metrics across platforms (engagement, reach, impressions, saves, shares, follower growth, etc.).

- Maintain organized performance trackers and reporting documents.

- Build and maintain weekly, monthly, and campaign-specific hindsight decks summarizing results, key insights, and actionable recommendations.

- Identify top-performing content, format trends, and opportunities for optimization.

- Present performance highlights and learnings to the Social Media Manager and Brand Marketing team.

~~Trend Research & Social Listening ~~

- Pull relevant fashion, lifestyle, and cultural trends across platforms weekly.

- Track and log mentions of STAUD across Instagram / TikTok for paid boosting and general use.

- Monitor competitor activity and emerging creators for ongoing inspiration and insight.

~~Community Engagement ~~

- Manage daily community engagement including responding to comments and DMs with approved brand-aligned messaging.

- Engage with tagged content and relevant accounts to foster community and growth.

- Identify superfans, creators, and niche communities worth engaging.

~~Content Creation Support ~~

- Assist with selects and shot list organization for social-first content.

- Capture BTS content during social-only shoots as needed.

- Support in pulling samples and coordinating returns.

- Aid in creative production logistics for social shoots including location scouting, prop sourcing, and courier scheduling.

~~Sample & Courier Coordination ~~

- Track movement of samples for social content and paid influencers.

- Schedule and coordinate same-day or next-day couriers for time-sensitive needs.

- Keep shoot and gifting samples organized and returned on time.

~~Internal Organization & Brand Alignment ~~

- Support organization of creative decks and campaign recaps.

- Take notes during meetings and proactively follow up on action items.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with PR, Influencer, Creative, and E-Commerce teams.

- Remain adaptable and solution-oriented during launches, events, and high-volume moments.

**Prerequisite Knowledge, Skills, & Education **

- 2+ years of experience in social media, preferably within a fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brand.

- Experience managing brand social channels and executing against a content calendar.

- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms.

- Working knowledge of social analytics and ability to pull reports and identify key insights.

- Proficient knowledge in video editing within TikTok or CapCut.

- Proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).

- Strong creative eye and awareness of social trends and innovation.

- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
