**About the Role **

We're looking for a driven and digitally savvy Talent Manager to join our team and help grow the careers of social media creators. You'll be the key point of contact between your talent roster and brand partners, platforms, and opportunities , helping creators turn their passion into a sustainable business.

**What You'll Do **

- Manage and develop relationships with your own roster of social media creators across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)

- Identify and pitch brand and music partnerships

- Negotiate deals, contracts, and collaboration agreements

- Stay on top of platform trends, algorithm changes, and industry news

- Coordinate with legal, finance, and marketing teams as needed

**What We're Looking For **

- 1–2 years of experience in talent management, influencer marketing, creator relations, or sales

- Strong understanding of the social media creator landscape

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

- Comfortable with doing lots of outreach to creators and brands

- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset. You thrive in a commission-based environment

- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously
