Demonstrates self-motivation, leadership, and ability to make decisions regarding work responsibilities. Reports directly to the Manager of Human Resources. What You'll Be Doing
Assists in the areas of employment/recruitment, personnel records, insurance benefits, safety training and employee/ labor relations
Conducts new employee orientations and ensures personnel are informed of policies and procedures.
Ensure accurate completion of new hire documentation and compliance requirements
Maintains and updates employee files and ensure records are in compliance with State, Federal and Company policies and procedures.
Assist employees with benefits questions and enrollment changes
Maintain accurate employee records within the HRIS
Ensure confidentiality and integrity of employee information
Follows company policies and procedures in providing the most accurate information in a confidential manner
Responsible for administering and maintaining FMLA, ADA, and other applicable leaves throughout the company.
Assist with conflict resolution and performance improvement process
Coordinate employee separations, exit interviews, and final pay processes
Other duties as assigned
What We Are Looking For Must be a team player
1-3 years of experience in the Human Resource field
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related field
Proficient with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Must be attentive to detail, able to multitask, and possess excellent interpersonal skills
Required to meet scheduled metrics, standards and/or goals
