The CDSis seeking a Training Specialist/DSP to join the Community Day Services Program.\ \
Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30 AM - 4 PM\

Pay Rate:\$20.54 hourly
\ Responsibilities
The individual will be responsible for implementing methods of
instruction consistent with current skills and performance curriculum
Adapts work stations to meet the needs of the consumers: maintains a
clean and safe work environment
Prepares required documentation for agency caseworkers
Provides crisis counseling and emergency interventions to consumers
as needed
Responsible for transporting clients in a Van
Monitors and records operating conditions of vehicle daily and
reports mechanical problems to the Supervisor immediately
While transporting clients, complies to route, safety and other
transportation procedures
Tracks and records client transportation and other information as
Required \ Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Able to demonstrate approved behavior management techniques
DSP certification preferred, not required (In-house training
available)
CPR and First Aide Certification preferred not required
Valid drivers license
Pass a criminal background checkand physical/drug test
Pass a MVR background check
