Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, plan, and administer treatment to residents and patients with temporary or long-term disabilities to relieve pain, restore or improve function, and promote healing
- Ensure all treatment is delivered in accordance with an established plan of care
- Provide quality, personalized, and evidence-based care and proven intervention to patients with a variety of personalities
- Offer cost-effective treatments that help improve clients' motion and mobility
- Provide clinical support and instruct patients, families, and caregivers; consult with other health professionals
- Monitor patient response to treatment intervention
- Complete required forms and documentation in accordance with company policy and state/federal regulations
- Work collaboratively with a supportive team of therapists and nursing staff
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy
- 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapist
- Physical Therapy License (Required)
- Ability to work within a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
