Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Physical Therapist based in the Greater Chicago Area. The Physical Therapist will provide individualized evaluations, develop and implement customized treatment plans, and monitor patient progress with the goal of restoring mobility and function. Responsibilities include performing hands-on therapies, addressing the root causes of physical conditions, and educating patients about exercise programs and recovery strategies. Collaboration with colleagues and communication with patients’ healthcare providers will also be key aspects of this role. A commitment to high-quality patient care and maximizing recovery outcomes is essential.
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Physical Therapy techniques, Rehabilitation strategies, and individualized treatment planning
  • Strong skills in Patient Care, including developing one-on-one personalized care approaches and fostering positive patient outcomes
  • Knowledge of Medicine and Home Care to address a wide range of patient needs
  • Valid physical therapy license in Illinois (or eligibility for licensure)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Commitment to maintaining a high standard of care and ongoing professional development
  • Experience with kinetic chain biomechanics is a plus
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
