**ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:**

The Data Quality Analyst will ensure continuous improvement of the program’s data quality through solutions and strategies to address business challenges. This role involves working closely with data operations and reporting teams to design, develop, and execute automated data reporting solutions with the highest standards of quality and performance. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a SAFe Agile environment. The Data Quality Analyst will play a critical role in improving the quality and accessibility of data solutions to support the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) in detecting and preventing fraud, waste, and abuse within government-sponsored health programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze data from a variety of sources, identifying and correcting errors and inconsistencies, and developing and implementing processes to improve data quality.

- Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of APS data.

- Work with a range of data types, including structured and unstructured data, and use a variety of tools and techniques to analyze and improve data quality.

- Use tools and techniques such as statistical analysis, data cleansing and transformation tools, and data governance frameworks.

- Develop and implement data quality policies, procedures, and standards.
