We are seeking a proactive and skilled IT Support Technician to provide technical assistance, troubleshoot IT issues, and ensure the smooth operation of our technology infrastructure. In this role, you will support end-users, maintain hardware and software systems, and collaborate with teams to optimize IT processes.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues.

- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals.

- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems.

- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions.

- Assist with system upgrades, backups, and IT documentation.

- Collaborate with teams to identify and implement technology solutions.

- Ensure adherence to IT policies, security protocols, and best practices.

- Provide training and guidance to staff on technology use and IT tools.

- Strong understanding of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting procedures.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.

- Experience with IT support, system administration, or a related role.

- Familiarity with operating systems, office productivity software, and networking.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong teamwork and customer service skills.

- Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft, Cisco) are a plus.

- A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
