About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented #BusinessAnalyst to join our Product team. The ideal candidate will work closely with Product Managers, Engineering, and Business teams to translate business requirements into scalable product solutions.
The role requires strong experience in requirement gathering, system thinking, and working within #SaaS-based platforms .
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Managers to define product features, enhancements, and roadmap requirements.
- Gather, analyze, and document business and product requirements (#BRDs, #PRDs, #userstories, #acceptancecriteria).
- Translate business needs into scalable workflows and system-driven solutions within a SaaS environment.
- Create process flows, wireframes, and functional specifications for product features.
- Work closely with engineering teams during sprint planning, development, and release cycles.
- Participate in the end-to-end product lifecycle, from requirement definition to release and iteration.
- Conduct #UserAcceptanceTesting (UAT), validate features, and ensure quality before release.
- Analyse user feedback, system usage, and data to identify product improvements and optimization opportunities.
- Support integration of APIs, third-party systems, and internal platforms (ERP/CRM/Booking Engines).
- Document product workflows, features, and release notes for internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure smooth execution of product and technology initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst , preferably in a product or SaaS environment.
- Strong experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and Agile methodologies.
- Understanding of SaaS platforms, including workflows, configurations, and scalable system design.
- Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, and data flows.
- Proficiency in tools such as MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and flowchart tools (Visio, Draw.io, Lucidchart).
- Working knowledge of tools like Jira/Confluence (preferred).
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Experience in TravelTech, OTA platforms, booking engines, or CRM systems.
- Understanding of travel workflows such as booking lifecycle, pricing, and operations.
- Exposure to product analytics, dashboards, or data-driven decision-making.
- Basic knowledge of SQL or data analysis.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
