Head of Performance Creative Full-Time | Hybrid/Remote | Established, Fast-Growing DTC Brand About the Role We’re an established, fast-growing DTC apparel brand looking for a Head of Performance Creative to own and scale our content engine across paid and organic channels. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who blends strong creative instinct with performance thinking. You’ll lead the development of high-performing ad and social content, build repeatable systems for content production, and leverage AI and modern creative tools to increase speed, volume, and impact. You’ll operate across the full lifecycle—from ideation to execution to performance analysis—owning creative output that directly drives growth. This role is ideal for a builder who thrives in a lean environment and is excited to shape both the brand and the systems behind it. What You’ll Own Creative Strategy & Performance
Own creative strategy across paid and organic channels (Meta, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
Develop, test, and iterate on high-performing ad creative and social content
Identify winning concepts and scale them across formats and platforms
Partner with growth/paid media to improve CAC, conversion, and ROAS
Translate performance data into clear creative direction
Content Production & Creative Systems
Lead end-to-end content creation (photo, video, design, copy)
Build and scale AI-assisted creative workflows to increase output and efficiency
Establish repeatable systems for ideation, production, and testing
Maintain a consistent, high-quality brand voice across all channels
Social, Community & Partnerships
Oversee social presence across Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms
Drive audience growth and engagement through content and community strategy
Lead influencer, affiliate, and creator partnerships
Identify and execute on brand moments, launches, and cultural opportunities

Consistent production of high-performing creative across paid and organic
Clear improvement in key metrics (CTR, CAC, ROAS, engagement)
Scalable content systems that increase output without sacrificing quality
A stronger, more differentiated brand presence across channels
Qualifications
4–8+ years in performance creative, content, or social within DTC/eCommerce
Proven track record of producing content that drives measurable growth
Deep understanding of paid social creative (Meta, TikTok)
Strong hands-on skills in photo, video, and design
Experience leveraging AI tools for content creation and workflow optimization
Ability to move quickly, test often, and iterate based on data
Comfortable operating in a lean, fast-moving environment

Compensation
$75,000 - $125,000 base salary, based on experience and ability
