About the role
Southern Rock Restaurants, is looking for a high-achieving multi-unit Area Director in St. Louis for our McAlister's brand. You will help our delis stay up to date with company policies and ensure focus on operational effectiveness, increasing sales, and building productive customer relations. The successful candidate will be in charge of the area's day-to-day operations and will carry out company policies and guidelines. This position will oversee 5-8 McAlister's Deli locations. The ideal candidate will have worked in and have a high level of familiarity with the greater St. Louis market. The Area Director will be expected to live within 50 miles of St. Louis and will be required to travel to the locations assigned. - Experience in the restaurant industry and multi-unit management is a must
- Financial management and analysis skills
- Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop team members
- Flexibility and adaptability to change and fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field
- Experience with McAlister's Deli brand is a plus
