Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for an Elementary School Teacher. Based in Bixby, OK, the position allows for some work-from-home flexibility. The teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, creating a positive classroom environment, developing curriculum that meets academic standards, and fostering the growth and development of elementary-aged students. Additional duties include assessing student progress, maintaining open communication with parents, and participating in school activities or meetings.
Hybrid Schedule
Campus days: Tuesday & Thursday
Satellite days (remote): Monday, Wednesday & Friday (1 hr. remote of clerical work)

Qualifications
- Experience with Elementary Education, Teaching, and Curriculum Development
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
- Educational background with a degree in Education or related field
- Certification in teaching for elementary education (required)
- Ability to foster an engaging classroom environment
- Proficiency in technology tools for hybrid teaching
- Previous teaching experience is preferred but not required
