Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant located in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. The Assistant will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, scheduling and coordinating meetings, maintaining records, preparing reports, and assisting with correspondence. The role also involves providing general support to team members and ensuring smooth office operations. Qualifications
Organizational and Time Management skills for efficiently managing schedules and deadlines
Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills for professional interaction with team members and clients
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer literacy
Attention to Detail and Problem-Solving skills to ensure a high level of accuracy and effective issue resolution
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
Previous administrative or office experience is a plus
