President of Solvd US The President of Solvd US provides visionary leadership and strategic direction for Solvd’s US region, a leading provider of customized claims solutions for insurers and fleet management organizations. The President drives organizational growth, leads commercial and operational performance, and ensures the delivery of seamless, easy‑to‑use solutions that improve efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall claims outcomes. This role requires a dynamic leader with deep industry knowledge, strong commercial acumen, operational excellence, and the ability to build high‑performing teams while fostering strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. What you’ll do: Strategic Leadership
Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy aligned with Solvd Global and Solvd US mission, vision, and long‑term goals.
Identify market opportunities and emerging trends in insurance, claims management, and fleet services to position the company as an industry leader.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities in products, services, and pricing, and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
Champion innovation and technology adoption to enhance product offerings and operational efficiency.
Drive, with support from the central product team, the development of new or enhanced products and services.
Commercial & Sales Leadership
Manage and lead the country sales team to achieve annual sales targets and inspire high performance aligned with KPIs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts across the country.
Grow a sustainable and robust sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and disciplined account planning.
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to meet revenue goals.
Maintain a high‑performing sales organization, managing attrition, succession planning, and organizational growth.
Prepare regular commercial performance reports and lead monthly business reviews.
Maintain oversight of country sales budgets and expenses in alignment with the Executive Vice President of Finance.
Operational Excellence
Maintain oversight in collaboration with the Executive Vice President of Operations over operations, customer service, and supporting functions to ensure optimal performance, service delivery, and compliance with regional requirements.
Implement robust processes and performance metrics to monitor company effectiveness, profitability, and client satisfaction.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability across all functions.
Ensure operational alignment with central Solvd teams and regional standards.
Financial Stewardship
Maintain overall financial performance, ensuring sustainable growth, profitability, revenue and EBITDA goals, and return on investment.
Work closely with Executive Vice President of Finance to develop and oversee budgets, forecasts, and capital allocation strategies.
Engage with Solvd Group partners on financial planning, reporting, and performance objectives.
Client and Partner Engagement
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with insurers, fleet management companies, and other strategic partners.
Ensure the company delivers tailored, customer-centric solutions that exceed client expectations.
Act as the primary ambassador of the company, representing the brand at industry events, conferences, and public forums.
Compliance & Governance
Foster and promote a culture of compliance, integrity, and ethical conduct.
Ensure adherence to internal policies, standards, and guidelines, as well as applicable laws and regulations.
Monitor and flag relevant legal and regulatory changes affecting the business.
Support the implementation and maintenance of compliance controls, processes, and procedures in line with ControlExpert (CE) and Solvd Group requirements.
Maintain regular liaison with the CE Compliance function and ensure timely reporting and escalation of compliance issues, risks, and incidents.
Talent and Culture
Lead, mentor, and develop the executive leadership team to drive organizational performance and employee engagement.
Foster a diverse, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.
Ensure alignment of people strategies with business objectives.
What we're looking for:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, insurance, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
15+ years of progressive leadership experience, including executive-level roles within insurance, claims, fleet management, or related industries.
Proven track record of driving business growth, innovation, and operational transformation.
Strong financial acumen and experience in managing budgets, forecasts, and P&L.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams and foster a collaborative, client-focused culture.
