II. Position Overview

The VP of Global Marketing is responsible for formulating and executing the company's global marketing strategy, driving brand growth, market expansion, and revenue generation. This role requires coordinating marketing activities across diverse regional markets to ensure brand consistency, while simultaneously developing differentiated strategies tailored to local market nuances.

III. Key Responsibilities

Global Marketing Strategy Formulation

Develop and implement the company's overarching global marketing strategy and annual plans.

Drive brand growth and increase market share in alignment with corporate business objectives.

Brand Management and Communication

Establish and maintain a unified global brand image and brand values.

Oversee brand communications, public relations (PR), and content strategies.

Market Expansion and Growth Management

Digital Marketing and Data-Driven Approaches

IV. Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher; a major in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

20+ years of marketing experience, including at least 5 years in global or cross-regional marketing management roles.

Proven track record of successfully building international brands or driving global market growth.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and data analytics methodologies.

The Executive Director of Operations serves as a key leader responsible for both corporate strategy execution and daily operational management. This role holds comprehensive accountability for the implementation of key corporate strategies, cross-departmental execution coordination, and the enhancement of operational performance. Acting as a critical bridge between senior management and business units, this position ensures that business objectives are effectively cascaded, advanced, and achieved, thereby driving continuous improvements in organizational efficiency and profitability.

**Key Responsibilities**

**I. Strategic Execution & Operational Coordination**

*  Formulate annual operational execution plans and define key milestones in alignment with the company's overarching strategy;

*  Translate business objectives into concrete action plans and a clear responsibility matrix;

*  Establish mechanisms for advancing strategic initiatives and tracking execution progress;

*  Provide regular reports to senior management regarding strategic execution progress and analyses of key issues.

**II. Key Project & Special Initiative Management**

*  Oversee company-wide key projects and cross-departmental special initiatives;

*  Coordinate resources to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and to a high standard of quality;

*  Identify execution bottlenecks and potential risks, and drive the rapid resolution of issues;

*  Ensure that project outcomes remain aligned with the company's overall business objectives.

**III. Operational System Optimization & Process Improvement**

*  Establish and optimize the company's operational management systems and standard operating procedures;

*  Drive cross-departmental process integration and enhance collaborative efficiency;

*  Introduce Lean Management principles or continuous improvement methodologies;

*  Enhance the organization's capacity for scalable and standardized operations.

**IV. Operational Performance & Data Management**

*  Establish company-wide operational KPIs and performance evaluation frameworks;

*  Leverage data analytics to support decision-making and operational optimization;

*  Conduct periodic business reviews and performance assessments;

*  Foster a data-driven culture of continuous improvement.

**V. Organizational Collaboration & Culture Building**

**Job Qualifications**

**Education**

*  Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field;

*  MBA preferred.

**Work Experience**

*  Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management or general management;

*  Proven experience in cross-departmental strategic execution and project management;

*  A successful track record of accountability for operational outcomes or key business metrics;
