Manage end-to-end delivery of projects within wealth management and private banking, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and regulatory requirements.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full project lifecycle (planning → execution → delivery)
- Work on wealth platforms, portfolio systems, and client onboarding solutions
- Collaborate with business, tech, risk, and compliance teams
- Manage project scope, budget, timelines, and risks
- Drive Agile/Scrum or Waterfall delivery methodologies
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations (e.g., SEC, FINRA)
🧠 Required Skills:
- Strong domain knowledge in wealth management / private banking
- Experience with financial products (equities, bonds, derivatives)
- Project management expertise (Agile, Scrum, PMP preferred)
- Tools: JIRA, MS Project, Excel
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
🎓 Experience:
- 5–12+ years in project/program management
- Experience in banking or financial services (BFSI) domain
