**Key Responsibilities **

**Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning: **

The Vice President of Information Technology is a newly created role responsible for architecting and building the Company’s entire technology infrastructure from the ground up. **Responsibilities & Duties **

**IT Strategy & Leadership: **

- Develop and execute a comprehensive, multi-year IT roadmap aligned with corporate growth objectives, operational requirements, and capital deployment timelines.

- Serve as the primary technology advisor to the executive leadership team; present to the Board of Directors on technology risk, investment, and strategy.

- Lead the company's third-party / supply chain risk management program, ensuring cybersecurity requirements flow down to EPC contractors, O&M providers, and technology vendors.

- Lead RFP/RFQ processes and negotiate enterprise contracts with hardware, software, telecommunications, and managed service providers.

- Own the IT capital expenditure and operational expense budgets; forecast, track, and report on technology spend to the executive team and finance organization.
